Ex-Patriot LB Brandon Spikes Gets Probation After Pleading Guilty In Hit-And-Run Case

Former New England Patriots linebacker Brandon Spikes has pleaded guilty in connection with a hit-and-run crash in early June and will serve probation for a year. According to an ESPN report, Spikes admitted to "negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of personal injury, operating an uninsured vehicle, speeding and a marked-lanes violation." As per court documents, Spikes was also fined $2,400.
